How do I make a reservation to use Transformations?

How often can I reserve the Transformations gallery?
Families are limited to one reserved time slot a month due to capacity limitations. Any additional reservations booked within the same month will be canceled.

How many people can use Transformations at once?
The current maximum capacity is 15 visitors. This includes both children and adults.

Will my party need to wear masks?
In accordance with CDC guidelines, people who are not fully vaccinated should wear face coverings while visiting the Museum. Please remember to fully cover your mouth and nose.

My group is running late! Who should I contact?
Please contact the front desk at 706-748-2562 within 15 minutes of your scheduled arrival time. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we will cancel your reservation.

What are the cleaning procedures for Transformations?
Transformations is properly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, both before and after your visit.

What are the check in and check out procedures?
Please check in at the front desk when you arrive. You will be asked to provide the name of the person who made your reservations and confirm your final group size, which must be less than or equal to the spaces you reserved. After your group has checked in, Transformations will be opened for your group. When you have finished using the space, please check out at the front desk before departing the Museum.

What should I do if another visitor not in my party enters Transformations?
Please alert the security guard stationed in Transformations.
